Located in Las Vegas, Digitally Driven is at the forefront of the Digital Textile arena. Having been in the industry for the since 2001 we are proud to say we know Sublimation! We understand what makes sublimation great and what advantages direct sublimation and transfer sublimation has in the signage, casino and apparel industries. We will work hard to give you a solution that exceeds your expectations. Digitally Driven features the industries best J-Teck Sublimation Inks and J-Teck Direct Print inks. Our roots are in the technical servicing and sublimation markets using Mimaki wide format printers for dye sublimation including the Mimaki JV5, JV33 and JV4 printers as well as the Epson 9800/9880 and Epson 11880 printers. We have serviced Roland and Mutoh, and Epson wide format printers as well. We have experience with grand format sublimation, including the Mimaki JV5-320S and JV5-320DS ten foot dye sublimation printers. We know what works because we have experience with it!

Disperse Dye Sublimation Inks will work in any wide format printers Piezo based dye sublimation such as Epson, Mimaki, Mutoh, and Roland. All of thesedye sublimation printers use the Epson printheads. These printers use Micro Piezo Technology to produce some of the smallest dots in digital printing. Mimaki is probably the most widely used for such as their chip systems are easily bypassed. Roland makes some good equipment and Mutoh makes good equipment as well though internal parts seem to not last as long and their chips are difficult to bypass..

Sublimation heat transfer paper allows for the printing of disperse dye (sublimation ink). When dried, the sublimation paper can then pass through a calender heat press machine at roughly 400 degrees with synthetic fabrics to allow for sublimation (Sublimation is the process where a solid turns directly into gas, by-passing the liquid state). Sublimation paper allows you to get the best image clarity on fabric textiles because the dot does not migrate as it would if it were printed directly onto polyester sublimation fabrics.

Sublimation fabrics are becoming increasingly popular and though we do not presently offer any fabrics for sale at Digitally-Driven, here is what we can tell you. Direct to fabric printing does not hold the fine detail that paper transfer offers. The cost of the coated fabrics is not much different than the cost of buying paper and uncoated fabric. Depending on your application, there are benefits to printing direct. If you're looking for a digital textile printing solution we will find a solution that is right for you. Direct printing onto textile will help you achieve deeper penetration into the fabric.

Color Management is one of the benefits you'll get from Digitally Driven. Using an X-Rite i1 (eye-one) we offer color profiling services that are the best in the industry. We can profile our J-Teck sublimation inks to closely match your existing inkset. Whether you're using Wasatch, Onyx, Ergosoft or FlexiSign, we've got you covered. We have experience in color profiling on each of these RIP software programs.

Service is another benefit you'll recieve from Digitally Driven. You see, we at digitally driven know wide format printers because we've used wide format printers and serviced wide format printers for nearly a decade. With a rapidly changing industry it is important to have the best partners working for you. That way you can be sure to get off to the right start and get many reliable years from your textile printers.
